Daniel Wendt
Daniel Wendt’s practice at Miller & Chevalier is focused on international commerce. More specifically, he focuses on Title 19 of the United States Code (including customs laws, antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, unfair trade investigations, and preferences programs); other U.S. laws related to the flow of goods or investment across borders (e.g., the Lacey Act); trade agreements; the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA); and more. Mr. Wendt represents clients before numerous executive and administrative offices in Washington, D.C. (U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR)), and he has argued several cases before the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
