Domenick deRobertis

Domenick deRobertis is executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Alliance Advisors where he manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s proxy solicitation group. Domenick is a seasoned professional who began his proxy solicitation and corporate governance consulting career in 1999. He specializes in meetings with complex agendas including M&A, executive compensation, capital restructurings and shareholder-sponsored proposals.

Having advised hundreds of NYSE and Nasdaq-listed clients including many S&P 500 companies, Domenick is frequently sought out to speak on corporate governance and proxy solicitation issues. Before joining Alliance Advisors, Domenick was a managing director and a director of business development at a major proxy solicitation firm.

Domenick received his BA from Rutgers University and is an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
