Rachel Clingman started work with Houston, Texas-based Noble Energy on Monday as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, with responsibilities including leadership of the company’s legal and compliance teams.
She was most recently vice president and general counsel for BHP’s Petroleum and Minerals Americas businesses. During her career, she has served as Houston partner-in-charge for law firm Eversheds Sutherland and as a partner with Fulbright & Jaworski.Â
Noble Energy is an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company with a diversified portfolio of both US unconventional and global offshore conventional assets.Â
