Ben Maiden, editor-at-large, Corporate Secretary
Ben Maiden is the editor-a-large of Corporate Secretary, having joined the company in December 2016. He is based in New York. He had previously been managing editor of Compliance Reporter since January 2007, covering regulatory and compliance issues affecting broker-dealers and asset management firms. Before that, Ben was  editor of International Financial Law Review and IFLR’s Americas editor, working in London and New York.

Kari Endries, assistant secretary and managing counsel, Chevron Corporation
Ms. Endries is Assistant Secretary and Managing Counsel of Chevron Corporation, focusing on corporate governance, subsidiary management, delegation of authority, the Executive Committee, and the Public Policy Committee of the Board of Directors.  She joined Chevron in 2005 after Chevron's acquisition of Unocal Corporation, in which she was also an Assistant Secretary and corporate attorney.  

Ms. Endries was a member of the Board of Directors of the Society for Corporate Governance from 2011 – 2015, was President of its Northern California Chapter from 2009 – 2010, and is currently a member of that chapter’s advisory committee.  She was Chair of the 2019 National Conference and was Chair of the 2012 Western Essentials and Regional Conference of the Society and is a frequent speaker on corporate law and governance topics.

Ms. Endries earned a B.A. in journalism and English from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law.  She is a member of the California, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Bars as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Olivia Radin, partner, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer
Olivia is a partner in and founding member of the firm’s US white-collar and global investigations group and is a member of our partnership council, which serves as the firm’s global board.  
 
Olivia works closely with clients to navigate internal and external investigations, helps clients achieve their business objectives by advising them on anti-bribery and corruption issues, and other compliance risks associated with deal diligence and post-closing integration and helps clients develop thriving corporate cultures by advising them on their approach to compliance. She represents clients in the financial services, technology and consumer industries across a broad range of matters, with a focus on allegations of bribery / FCPA violations.
