Zafar Hasan, vice president, head of corporate legal and corporate secretary, DXC Technology
Zafar Hasan is vice president, head of corporate legal and corporate secretary at DXC Technology.

A seasoned lawyer and executive, he serves as legal lead in global mergers & acquisitions, securities law, finance, corporate litigation, corporate governance, subsidiary management, cybersecurity and real estate. Mr. Hasan also advises DXC's executive leadership team and Board of Directors on the legal, reputational and regulatory implications in these areas. He manages a team of lawyers and is executive sponsor for the DXC Law Department Professional Development Program.

Mr. Hasan previously held senior leadership positions at The AES Corporation and was an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also previously worked as an associate at two large law firms.  

He is a graduate of Northwestern University (Phi Beta Kappa), The University of Michigan Law School and The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business (MBA with honors).

Gregg Mazzetti, director, global subsidiary governance, Salesforce
Gregg Mazzetti has spent over thirty years in the legal field with a concentration in SEC reporting, blue sky, mergers/acquisitions and international subsidiary governance. As Director of Global Subsidiary Governance at Salesforce, Gregg is responsible for corporate governance compliance for the Salesforce portfolio of international entities. Prior to joining Salesforce, Gregg managed Amazon's domestic and international subsidiary portfolio for seven years.  Gregg spent the first part of his career as a Corporate & Securities paralegal at several prominent law firms, including Davis, Polk and Wardwell (NYC) and Perkins Coie (Seattle). Gregg has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University. 

Andrew Moore, president, governance services, Computershare
Andrew Moore has been at the forefront of international governance and compliance technology markets for over twenty years. Over that time, Andrew has been a recognized influencer in subsidiary governance, entity management software, board portals and other compliance technology matters in both North America and Europe. 

As head of Computershare’s Governance Services global divisions, Andrew heads up the international teams responsible for maintaining the compliance technology solutions for over eight hundred global companies. Computershare is the largest provider of subsidiary governance solutions in the market today. 

Andrew is based out of Computershare’s Jersey City offices. Computershare is a publicly held company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:CPU). 

Ben Maiden, editor-at-large, Corporate Secretary
Ben Maiden is the editor-a-large of Corporate Secretary, having joined the company in December 2016. He is based in New York. He had previously been managing editor of Compliance Reporter since January 2007, covering regulatory and compliance issues affecting broker-dealers and asset management firms. Before that, Ben was  editor of International Financial Law Review and IFLR’s Americas editor, working in London and New York.
