Molly Doran, director, advisory and design services, Labrador
Molly has been with Labrador since its entry into the US market, which introduced European communication and design expertise to the US.

Molly has worked closely with compensation consultants, legal counsels, corporate secretaries, HR and accounting departments of some of the world’s leading corporations with one clear focus: producing innovative and transparent stakeholder disclosure documents.

Caitlin Kobialka, senior corporate counsel, Booking Holdings
Caitlin is Senior Corporate Counsel at Booking Holdings Inc., having joined the company in January 2019.  Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) is the world leader in online travel and related services, provided to customers and partners in over 220 countries and territories through six primary consumer-facing brands - Booking.com, KAYAK, priceline, agoda.com, Rentalcars.com and OpenTable.  Previously, Caitlin was Senior Attorney Securities & Corporate Governance at IBM Corporation.  Caitlin began her legal career as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York.

Nancy Wright, deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary, Duke Energy
Nancy Wright is Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Duke Energy. Her practice focuses on securities and corporate governance, including shareholder engagement and environmental, social and governance matters. She also leads the Corporate Business Records group at Duke Energy which is responsible for the creation, dissolution and maintenance of Duke Energy’s subsidiaries.  Before joining Duke Energy, Nancy worked at Wachovia Corporation in the Corporate and Securities practice group which was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance for Wachovia.  Additionally, Nancy worked at Alston & Bird LLP where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital funding, securities and corporate governance.

Nancy is licensed to practice law in the States of North Carolina and New York. Nancy earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from North Carolina State University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Wake Forest University.  

Lois Yurow, communication strategist, Labrador
As founder and president of Investor Communications Services, Lois Yurow specializes in converting complex legal, business, and financial documents into plain language. A significant amount of her work involves counseling companies that want to make their proxy statements more informative and engaging.

Lois was Managing Editor of Wall Street Lawyer, a monthly newsletter focused on securities law, for seven years, and Managing Editor of RealCorporateLawyer.com, a website serving corporate and securities lawyers, for five. Mutual Fund Regulation and Compliance Handbook, a book Lois co-authored and updates annually, is published by Thomson West. Her published articles can be found here.

​​​​​​​Before forming Investor Communications Services, Lois practiced corporate and securities law, first in Chicago and then in New Jersey. She graduated from Brandeis University and received her law degree, with high honors, from The George Washington University. Later in her career she earned a Master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies from Rutgers University.

Ben Maiden, editor-at-large, Corporate Secretary
Ben Maiden is the editor-a-large of Corporate Secretary, having joined the company in December 2016. He is based in New York. He had previously been managing editor of Compliance Reporter since January 2007, covering regulatory and compliance issues affecting broker-dealers and asset management firms. Before that, Ben was  editor of International Financial Law Review and IFLR’s Americas editor, working in London and New York.
