Governance Intelligence is proud to announce the shortlisted nominees for its 17th Corporate Governance Awards.
The winners, selected by an independent panel of judges, will be presented at a gala ceremony in New York on Thursday, November 7. The awards celebrate outstanding achievements by the governance profession in areas such as hosting AGMs, compliance and ethics programs, ESG reporting, entity management, use of technology, proxy statements, investor engagement and corporate transactions.
The awards gala will cap two days of special governance-related events hosted by Governance Intelligence. On Wednesday, November 6, we present the Corporate Reporting Forum, at which experts will share insights on responding to the growing expectations and requirements companies face around a range of disclosures. The following day – ahead of the awards ceremony in the evening – we present the Corporate Governance Forum, where there will be an active exchange of views and practical advice on a range of best practices as governance teams and their boards look to 2025.
The Corporate Governance Awards nominees represent the excellent and challenging work being done by members of the profession on behalf of their boards and companies – and also for the benefit of investors and other stakeholders. This year’s nominees are:
