Corporate Secretary welcomes you to our new name, Governance Intelligence.
Corporate Secretary was founded in 2002 and today our audience includes a much broader range of professionals than those whose job title is ‘corporate secretary.’ At the same time, their work is becoming more varied, more challenging and more influential than ever before.
Governance professionals are at the forefront of industry best practices, whether that’s in reporting on and supporting ESG-based initiatives, helping your board develop better ways of working, taking innovative approaches to proxy statements and shareholder engagement, bringing new technology to bear or navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
At Governance Intelligence our mission is to help professionals reach their goals as they support their boards and their companies’ broader efforts to be leaders in excellent corporate governance. We are committed to offering personalized, practical and data-driven insights through our high-quality news and analysis, in-house research projects, Governance Matters podcast, best practice reports and online and in-person events for you to engage with and learn from peers.
We look forward to seeing many of you at our upcoming events, including Governance Live 2023 in New York that will feature the M&A Forum on Tuesday, November 7 and the Corporate Secretary Forum on Wednesday, November 8. The 16th Corporate Governance Awards ceremony will take place in New York on Wednesday, November 8.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Best regards
Ben Maiden
