Stephanie Hildebrandt last week became senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of natural gas company Archrock.Â
Hildebrandt also serves as senior vice president and general counsel of Archrock GP, the managing general partner of Archrock Partners. A spokesperson for the firm did not respond to a request for information about her predecessor.
Hildebrandt most recently was a partner at law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, with a practice focused on corporate governance, energy transactions and M&A. A spokesperson for Norton Rose Fulbright did not respond to a request for comment.
Earlier in her career, Hildebrandt was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Enterprise Products Partners, a publicly traded pipeline partnership and a provider of midstream energy service. She was an attorney for El Paso Corporation/GulfTerra Energy Partners from 2001 until its merger with Enterprise in 2004 and an attorney for Texaco from 1989 to 2001, according to Archrock.
At present, she serves as a director for Rice Midstream Management, the general partner of Rice Midstream Partners and as a member of the conflicts committee.

Houston-based Archrock describes itself as a pure play US natural gas contract compression services business and a supplier of aftermarket services to customers that own compression equipment in the country. The company also holds interests in Archrock Partners, a master limited partnership and the provider of natural gas contract compression services to customers in the oil and natural gas industry.Â
