Property information and analytics company CoreLogic has hired Francis Henry as chief legal officer (CLO).
In his new role, Henry is in charge of all global legal and compliance functions for CoreLogic and serves on the company’s executive committee. He was previously executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at MoneyGram International for seven years. Before joining MoneyGram, he held senior legal positions at Western Union and First Data Corporation. He was in private practice earlier in his career.
NYSE-listed CoreLogic said in an SEC filing in May that Arnold Pinkston, CLO and corporate secretary, had ‘accepted another professional opportunity’ and would be leaving the company, effective June 14. ‘Mr Pinkston confirmed to the company that his resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the company,’ the filing states.
‘[Francis] is a talented, high-impact leader and we are excited to have him on our executive team,’ says CoreLogic CEO Frank Martell in a statement. ‘His experience building high-performing teams, combined with a strong knowledge of global regulatory matters, compliance, government and external affairs, privacy and litigation management will serve him well in his new role.’
