NYSE-listed Cushman & Wakefield has recruited Noelle Perkins to become executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective July 1.
As head of the commercial real estate services company’s global legal function, Perkins will play a key role in implementing governance and risk management practices. She will also provide strategic advice, oversight and support to the firm’s global business and operations.
Perkins will join Cushman & Wakefield from Univar Solutions, where she has been senior vice president, general counsel, chief risk officer and corporate secretary. Before her time with Univar Solutions, she was chief counsel for the oilseeds processing segment of Archer Daniels Midland Company.
Earlier in her career she was deputy general counsel for John Bean Technologies Corporation and formerly a litigation associate with law firm Bell Boyd & Lloyd (now K&L Gates).
Perkins says in a statement: ‘I look forward to joining Cushman & Wakefield and helping the firm and its people expertly navigate the commercial real estate landscape, especially in this time of economic uncertainty, heightened attention to [ESG] considerations and the opportunities these challenges create.’
