Corporate Secretary’s Corporate Governance Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the governance, risk and compliance fields. As with every year, submissions were made for a wide variety of companies and individuals for excellent work in areas such as hosting AGMs, compliance and ethics programs, ESG reporting, entity management, proxy statements, engagement and – for the first time this year – corporate transactions.
The submissions for this year’s awards highlight the lengths to which many across the profession have gone to keep the machinery of governance turning amid an ongoing health crisis, political upheaval and economic uncertainty.
