Precision Medicine Group (PMG) has hired Stacey Hanna as general counsel and chief compliance officer. She reports to CEO Mark Clein.
Hanna was previously vice president and general counsel for global ethics and compliance at Lonza. In that role, she led a global team involved in ethics and compliance, antitrust, diversity and inclusion, cultural change, risk management and strategy and government affairs.
She joined Lonza in 2017 when it acquired her former company, Capsugel, from private equity firm KKR & Co. According to her LinkedIn profile, she spent more than five years at Capsugel, most recently as associate general counsel and senior director of global compliance. Before joining Capsugel, she was a corporate associate in the law department at Pfizer and worked at law firms including Mayer Brown.
PMG has also hired Tina Durocher-Murphy as chief people officer. Before joining the company, Durocher-Murphy was chief people officer of Millennium Physician Group, where she was responsible for leading the development and execution of Millennium’s overall people strategy. She was previously senior vice president and head of human resources for PRA Health Sciences.
PMG is a specialized services company supporting next-generation drug development and commercialization.
