Edward Moore, RPM International’s senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer (CCO), will retire later this year.
His successor is Tracy Crandall, the company’s vice president for compliance and sustainability and associate general counsel. She became vice president, general counsel and CCO earlier this month, with Moore continuing as corporate counsel until his retirement.
Moore joined RPM in 2006 as vice president and general counsel, adding the CCO title in 2011 and becoming senior vice president in 2013. Before joining the company he was an attorney with law firm Calfee Halter & Griswold.
Crandall joined RPM in 2010 as associate general counsel and became vice president in 2015 before adding compliance to her title in 2021. She was previously a partner at Calfee Halter & Griswold and commercial counsel at GE Lighting.
Frank Sullivan, RPM chair and CEO, says in a statement: ‘Ed has been an exceptional leader, truly living the values of transparency, trust and respect during his tenure… We thank [him] for his leadership and dedication to RPM, while welcoming Tracy to this role. We are excited [about] the experience Tracy brings and are confident she will continue to drive remarkable legal oversight across [the company].’ Â
